V.T. Leather products are made to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags, briefcases, and small leather goods. For any manufacturing defects within this time frame, repairs are on us. We invite you to bring your item back to one of our retail stores (Artegon Orlando) or ship your item to V.T. Bags by traceable means, such as UPS insured or insured mail. Please send to:

Please include a note with your order ID, address, daytime phone number, email address and description of problems, which you can print out and send in to V.T. Bags along with your repair.
Should your item fall outside the one-year repair policy, we offer a repair service for some of our products. There is a $20 evaluation and processing fee for each item submitted for repair. And this is 10 dollars shipping service fee. 5 dollars insurance is option as well.
Our repair process takes four to eight weeks from the time we receive your product.
* By default, we use “Ship To” address on the ORDER PAGE only; if need to ship to PayPal address different from Order Page, please notify us by email or memo notes on the order.
* It is buyer’s responsibility to monitor and receive the package. If need secured delivery, it is your choice to buy signature and/or insurance for the package.
* Tracking number will be generated from Monday to Friday. Please check your email (spam email box as well) at night time. Tracking number for Friday, Saturday and Sunday order will be available on Monday night.
* We only use Post Office and FedEx as our shipping carrier.
